The rain down
babylon town
Sometimes I look at this city,
I remind you're here into one of those buildings,
Sometimes you're not that far away,
Can't you spot me from your place?
Can't you spot me standing there,
with those tears on my face?
When it rains down
On my babylon town,
The feeling is still here,
That the rain down,
On that babylon crowd,
Is falling on you and me.
Sometimes, I think I'm clean,
That I washed you out with my deepest feelings,
And sometimes you're not that far away,
Can't you spot me from your place?
Can't you spot me staring there,
with sunglasses on my face?
When it rains down
On my babylon town,
The feeling is still here,
That the rain down,
On that babylon crowd,
Is falling on you and me.
